A former residence—later used as a consignment shop—reworked and expanded into a complete restaurant property.
Davis Construction Group led the conversion from early structural and site work through commercial systems, kitchen infrastructure, exterior additions, and finished guest spaces. The project required the discipline of new commercial construction while retaining a scale and character suited to its Canton Street setting.
